  • All orders $150.00 and over (including sale and and closeout items!) qualify for free ground shipping to the contiguous 48 US states
  • Orders given free freight will be shipped via Ground
  • Orders are shipped from the closest available warehouse. Our logistics experts determine the quickest, most efficient route to get you your parts as quickly as possible.  Having said that, there will be cases where some items will have to be shipped cross country and require 5+ days of shipping.
  • Product, must total $150.00 or more to receive promotional shipping offer.
  • Qualifying orders must select free ground shipping at checkout if it is not automatically selected in order to receive promotion.

We understand that when you make an order, you want your Parts as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen! Most of the items we sell will ship quickly and be at your door fast.  We take a hybrid approach to our fulfillment. We work closely with HPS Direct in order to have the product shipped directly to you from their warehouse if we do not already have it in stock or if their warehouse can get it to you faster than one of our warehouses.  Please read the details below, as there are some exceptions where products might take a little bit longer to get to your door.  Always feel free to Contact Us if you have a concern.

Most products will ship Within 24 Hours. While we will do our best to ship from the distribution center closest to you, naturally not all items will always be in stock in every location!  In these cases we will typically split the order and ship each package out to you individually.  In some cases we may need to consolidate the items in one location to ship out as one package.

A shipping confirmation email (with tracking numbers) will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping.  For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.

Most orders placed before 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will be processed same day.       

Currently we cannot ship to a PO Box at this time.

$150+ Purchase - Ground - $0 (Free)

Shipping Method Explanation 

Business days are Monday-Friday; Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days.

GROUND

Delivery typically in one to five business days.

THREE DAY

Delivery by the end of the third business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is placed Tuesday night and is processed/shipped on Wednesday, it would arrive on Monday of the following week.

SECOND DAY

Delivery by the end of the second business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is shipped out on Monday, it will arrive on Wednesday. If the order is placed Monday night and ships out on Tuesday, it will arrive on Thursday.

NEXT DAY

Delivery the next business day after an order has shipped. An order that ships out on Thursday with Next-Day delivery would be delivered on Friday. An order shipping out on Friday with Next-Day delivery would arrive on Monday.

Alaska / Hawaii

Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will ship via UPS. Please allow an additional 1-5 business days to process your order. If your order is urgent, feel free to contact us and we can try to accommodate.

Orders shipped to Alaska / Hawaii do not qualify for our free ground shipping option.

International Orders

Orders shipping to an International destination (Canada)  will ship via UPS from the closest available warehouse. Please allow an additional 1-5 business days to process your order. See full details on our International Order Policy bellow.

Delivery Policy

Typically packages will be left at your door and do not require a signature. Sometimes we will ship an item HPS Direct and HPS Direct may require a signature on their shipments.  If you absolutely need one way or the other, please contact Customer Service before placing your order.

Backorders

Performancehoses.com does not typically take back orders, however items in which a back order or pre-order is available will be clearly identified.  In the case an item is back-ordered, we will do our best to notify our customers as quickly as possible.

Damaged Goods

If an item arrives visibly damaged, please contact Proformancehoses.com Customer Service immediately. Claims are handled through the carrier (typically UPS or USPS), but Proformancehoses.com will assist the customer with these claims to the best of its ability.

Proformance Currently Ships Internationaly only to Canada.

All prices are shown in US dollars.  For currency conversion, we recommend using a Currency Converter

Any import duties, taxes or fees are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.

International Orders may require 3-5 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment.

Orders will be shipped by UPS. We have found that to be the most cost efficient, timely and reliable shipping method for International Orders. Typical transit time will be a minimum of 5 business days

RETURNS / EXCHANGES: Customer is responsible for all back and forth shipping and brokerage charges for returns or exchanges. 

WARRANTY:  For warranty claims please contact Proformance Hoses Customer Service.  While Proformance Hoses will assist international customers with warranty claims, items may need to be shipped to the U.S. for inspection or repair. The customer will be responsible for these additional back and forth shipping charges

Proformance Hoses Return Policy

All returns will require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping container. Login to your account to obtain a Return Authorization Number and return shipment instructions. This is done by clicking on the "Order History" tab and selecting first the order number and then the product you would like to return. Returns must be packaged securely in an outer carton Do not write on the product packaging itself. Write only on the outer shipping carton, writing on the product packaging could result in the refusal of your return. Packages received without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the outer carton will be refused credit and the package returned to sender. Returnable items must be received by Proformance Hoses within 30 days of the product being received by you the customer. (determined by Tracking information) Returned product must be in new, re-sealable condition, with all original boxes, packaging, parts, cables, manuals, etc. Upon receipt, all returns will be inspected, and, at our discretion, credit may be refused or a restocking fee of 5%-10% may be assessed. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred to return products.

Some Circumstances in which credit will not be issued but not limited to:

  • Product has been installed and/or used
  • Product has been damaged from an attempt to be installed and/or used
  • Product is shipped back with out original box, manual and/or parts
  • Product serial number does not match that of which was original shipped to buyer
  • Product is deemed not resellable by Proformance Hoses due to customers own actions in dealing with the product
  • Proformance Hoses will not reimburse labor charges or installation fees under any circumstance.

Shipments refused by you the customer and returned back to Proformance Hoses will carry an automatic 10% restocking fee deducted from the total credit owed.
